A recurring clean is the core of what we do. You pick the frequency, we send the same crew each time, and you get a call the day before with the arrival window. Most clients settle on every two weeks. If this is your first time using a cleaning company, here is what the first visit looks like.
Kitchens get counters and backsplashes wiped, the outside of appliances cleaned, the sink scrubbed, the cooktop degreased, cabinet fronts spot-cleaned, and floors vacuumed and mopped.
Bathrooms get the toilet, tub, shower and sink scrubbed, mirrors and glass cleaned, chrome polished, counters wiped, and floors done last.
Bedrooms and living areas get dusted top to bottom, including sills, ledges, blinds and baseboards within reach, furniture vacuumed, beds made or linens changed if you leave them out, and floors vacuumed or mopped by surface.
Throughout, we empty trash, wipe light switches and door handles, and tidy what is out of place without moving your things somewhere you will not find them.

Almost every new client starts with a deep clean, and there is a good reason. A maintenance clean keeps a house that is already at a standard sitting at that standard. It is not designed to catch up on soap scum that has been building for two years or dust on top of the door frames.
The deep clean resets the house. After that, the recurring visits hold it there, and they take less time, which is why the recurring price is lower than the first one.
Square footage, the number of bathrooms, how often we come, pets, and the condition of the house when we start. A home cleaned every week costs less per visit than the same home cleaned once a quarter, because there is less to do. We give you a real number for your house rather than a range.
Dishes and laundry are not part of a standard residential clean. We do not move heavy furniture, handle biohazard cleanup, or clean the outside of second-storey windows. Anything else outside the standard scope, ovens, refrigerators, interior windows, walls and woodwork, is available on request.
Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment, so you do not need anything in the house. If you would rather we use a specific product on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us, and we will use it.
Every two weeks suits most family homes and is what the majority of our clients choose. Weekly works better for full households, homes with several pets or young children. Monthly suits smaller or tidier households where the point is the deeper work rather than upkeep.
No. Most of our regular clients are at work while we clean. We arrange access with you at the start, and we call the day before with your arrival time so you always know when we will be there.
